Company Brain
Company Brain gives a company’s staff one place to ask how things are done. It answers only from documents the company has approved. I’m building it with POINT, a sports and wellness club, for their trainers.
A trainer asks a question in their own words: how an induction runs, what to look out for today. The answer comes back directly, with the passages it rests on. The original document opens with one tap.
When no approved document covers the question, it says so. It doesn’t guess. A missing standard is something the company should know about, not something to paper over.
Only approved knowledge goes in: working instructions, checklists, quality standards, changes to how things are done. Everyone signs in with their own account and reaches the same shared knowledge. There is one brain for the company, not one per person.
It starts with everyday questions. Next come onboarding new colleagues, explaining what changed and why, and giving team leads a view of where each person stands.
